• The installation registration location is located in the water supply area of the Holland Water Supply Company LTD - Howaco.

• The place of registration for installation is not in the area where there has been a notice of revocation and clearance of the local government.

2. INSTALLATION REGISTRATION FORM (1 SET)

• An application for installation of a water meter according to the attached form below (Form of request for installation of a water meter)

• Photocopy of ID card or CCCD of the person in the name of the water meter

• Photocopy of 1 of the following documents:

  • Construction permit (at the address of the university installation registration)

  • House sovereignty (at the address of the university installation registration)

  • Household registration (at the address of the university installation registration)
