Notify HOWACO of the following contents:

– Address that needs to be repaired or relocated

– Current status of the building

– Request for repair, lifting, moving, implementation time...

– Contact person, contact phone number

2. Implementation time

Immediately after receiving the information, the company will send someone to the requested address:

– In case the construction site is not required to apply for permission to dig roads and sidewalks. The company will carry out construction on the same day with simple repair work.

– In case of construction site, permission to dig roads and sidewalks must be applied. The company will carry out the necessary survey work to make drawings to request for permission to dig roads and sidewalks. Immediately after receiving the permit, the company will call the customer to inform the customer about the construction time.

3. Funding for implementation

a. Company expenses to pay:

– The company will bear the entire cost for the repair of pipes, spare parts and water meters that are damaged not due to the customer's fault.

b. The costs paid by customers according to the company's calculation include:

– Cost of repairing pipes, spare parts and water meters damaged due to customer fault

– Cost of relocating and upgrading the watch at the request of the customer
